  • Office Hours & Booking Confirmation: Reservations can be made online at any time.
  • Office hours (Galápagos local time): Monday to Sunday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Reservations made outside of office hours will be processed and confirmed during the next available office hours.
  • Please note that your reservation is not fully confirmed until you receive our confirmation email with your ferry ticket attached.

🚤 Water Taxi Fee Not Included

  • The ferry fare does not include the water taxi service used to transfer passengers between the pier and the ferry.
  • The water taxi is a local municipal service and must be paid directly at the pier.
  • Water taxi fee: $1 per person, on each island.

Travel Conditions

  • It is recommended to make your reservations at least 5 days in advance.
  • Each passenger is allowed to carry 1 carry-on backpack and 1 suitcase weighing up to 20kg.
  • If a passenger decides not to travel, they must inform the travel agency from where they purchased their ticket at least 5 days in advance; otherwise, the ticket will lose its value, with a $5 administrative fee penalty.
  • It is recommended to arrive 50 minutes before the departure time.
  • If a passenger arrives late and misses the departure time, the ferry cannot be held responsible for the loss of their trip.
  • The water taxi port service ($1) on each island and municipal taxes on each island are not included in the ferry fare.
