Punta Pitt

The navigation to Punta Pitt takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. Disembarkation is on the beach, and a two-hour hike begins. This is the only place in the Galapagos Islands where you can observe all three species of boobies and two species of frigate birds nesting in the same area.

The unique geographical location provides abundant food resources, eliminating competition between the species. Blue-footed boobies nest inland, red-footed boobies nest in bushes, and masked boobies nest on cliffs.

After the hike, enjoy snorkeling on the beach, where you can observe sea turtles, rays, sea lions, and other marine species.
