What are the requirements to travel to the Galapagos?

The requirements that tourists must present, whether national or foreign, at the airport in order to enter the province of Galapagos:

 

  • Personal identification: identity card or passport (current).
  • Airfare, personal and non-transferable, round trip between the mainland and the province of Galapagos.
  • Not to exceed 60 days corresponding to the category.
  • Payment of fee (TCT) $20.00.
  • According to the protocol for the reopening of flights to the Galapagos Islands in the framework of the COVID-19 health emergency, it is required to: Present a negative RT-PCR test for detection of COVID-19 for individuals aged 2 years and above, or; Present an Anticovid 19 vaccination card (Full dose) at least 14 days after the last dose of the vaccine.
