To travel between the four main populated islands (Santa Cruz, San Cristóbal, Floreana, and Isabela), you have two options: Passenger transport boats: Speedboats with a capacity of up to 38 passengers depart daily from the main pier of each populated port. The duration of the trip is approximately 2 to 3 hours, depending on sea conditions. In the first half of the year, from January to June, sea conditions are more stable than in the second half, from July to December, when the waves are stronger.
